Currently, CEO of Silver Screen Printing, he has led a successful turnaround through COVID. The company has 5X’ed revenue revenue and created a 10%+ EBITDA. As Global COO and head of the Asia and North American divisions at RAK Logistics Holdings Pte Ltd. In his three + years at this position, Daniel restructured every division of the organization and as a result RAK Logistics is now profitable and expanding.

Before his executive position at RAK Logistics & Silver Screen Printing, Daniel led a successful reorganization at Weber Logistics in Santa Fe, CA as the company’s President/CEO. At Weber Logistics, he upgraded the company’s technology and used performance and analytical metrics to increase the efficiency of operations, especially in the areas of labor and assets. Here, too, his leadership turned a struggling company into a profitable one. Alex Farside was born in Reno, and loves everything about Northern Nevada. He graduated from UNR with a Bachelors Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. After college, he had 10 years of Account Management and Sales Management Experience. He then decided to use that experience to bet on himself. In 2019 he opened Coffee N' Comics, the first of its kind business. This unique coffee shop does more than just make a cup of coffee. They host events, sell Pokemon and Magic cards, offer food and non-coffee beverages, and they even have a bar in two of their locations! By combining all these elements, Coffee N' Comics stands out as a truly unique business model. The company just opened their 3rd location inside the Renaissance Hotel last month, and are hoping to start working on location #4 this year!

Prior to becoming a broker with Arbor I was an Area Sales Manager for South Pacific Financial (2014-2020), Retail Sales Manager Inspire Home Loans (2020-2022) and Retail Sales Manager for Ameritrust Home Mortgage 2022-2023.

One of my life’s passions is golf and helping to grow the game of golf. I serve as the President of Northern Nevada Golf Association, Vice President of the State of Nevada Golf Association, President of the Hidden Valley Country Club’s Men’s Golf Association and on the Board of Directors at Hidden Valley Country Club.

My other passion in life is coaching. I’m an Assistant Coach for girls’ soccer at Bishop Manogue Catholic Highschool.

With over 30 years of diverse experience in marketing and sales, Phil has established himself as a leader in various sectors, including sports, the electronics industry, and the travel industry. His track record includes successfully spearheading global product development initiatives in Asia and Europe, along with driving impactful sales and service initiatives in professional sports and state chamber of commerce.

Phil's influence extends beyond the museum as he has taken an active role in community development programs. He coordinated one of the largest delegations of business, civic, and political representatives from the West Coast to Washington, D.C., demonstrating his leadership capabilities. Additionally, he has served on multiple non-profit boards and has held the position of National Director of Conferences for the Annual FBI National Leadership Conference.
